Put all ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Or put in a jar and shake. If you multiple this recipe by 5, it will fill a large pickle jar plus enough for whatever you want to marinade that day.

- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
